Lacrima, meaning “tear” in Italian, is a rare varietal native to Italy’s Marche Region that produces a light, lovely red wine. It is named for the tear-like drops of juice that drip from the thin, delicate skins at harvest time in early October. Our 2017 vintage is intensely aromatic with a complex richness that pairs beautifully with spicy food.
