Returns & Cancellations

Under California law, it is illegal to return wines once sold, except for defective wines, which may be returned for credit or replacement within thirty days of purchase. All returned wines must be accompanied with a receipt, the bottle, and over 50% of the wine intact.  If you placed an order to be shipped and need to cancel, your order will be canceled and refunded if the wine has not yet been shipped. If the wine has been shipped, the winery may attempt to redirect the shipment back to the winery. If the wine can be returned, your order will be refunded less the shipping fees.
