EVOO Family Membership Details
Benefits are non-transferable
Monthly Members receive twelve (12) shipments per year.
Quarterly Members receive four (4) shipments per year.
- The first shipment will be fulfilled within two business days from the subscription.
- To avoid disruption in the fulfillment chain, you first order may be fulfilled on the last week of the month you subscribed.
- After the first shipment, all following shipments will be fulfilled the last week of each month. Given the high number of orders and the small family configuration of our business, this allow us to reduce costs and not increase our prices.
- If a package is not delivered, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A re-shipping fee will be applied to all orders that are re-shipped.

Canceling Your Membership
- You may cancel your membership ONLY after you have purchased the first shipment to activate your membership and received three (3) automatic EVOO Family Member Shipments. You cannot subscribe for a membership to obtain only one or two shipments.
- The EVOO Family Member is a subscription and will continue until you cancel your membership with us.
- If your method of payment will not go through, we will attempt a second time. If your method of payment fails the second attempt, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
- Any cancellations must be requested before the first day of the month your shipment is due to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are nonrefundable, even if not yet received.
- You may cancel your membership by emailing email@example.com.
- Once membership is cancelled, shipments and benefits will end.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used by Le Corti dei Farfensi and will not be sold or shared with anyone.
EVOO Family Memberships are void where prohibited.
We reserve the right to change or amend the EVOO Family Membership at any time.
