The Family EVOO FAQs

How much does it cost to join the Family and become a Monthly Member or a Quarterly Member?


Monthly Membership: You pay $56 (pick up membership) or $66 (includes shipping) to sign up which gets you your first month of 2 bottles of our organic EVOO (1 – 500ml bottle and 1 -750ml bottle). Each following month you will be charged the same amount of $56 or $66 (depending on your membership) to receive your 2 bottles of our organic EVOO (1 – 500ml bottle and 1 -750ml bottle).

Quarterly Membership: You pay $167 (includes shipping) or $152 (pick up membership/no shipping) to sign up which gets you your first month of 2 cans of our organic EVOO. Every three (3) months you will be charged the same amount of $167 or $152 (depending on your membership) to receive your 2 can of our organic EVOO.

Are there annual or hidden fees?
Nope.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?
You will receive a number of personalized benefits that include a 20% discount on EVOO and merchandise, 25% discount on Case Purchases, 20% discount on Event Tickets, 20% discount on class EVOO education, Recipes with extra virgin olive oil and First access to new releases.

When do my benefits begin?
Your benefits are activated immediately upon enrollment.

When will I be billed?
As a Monthly Member you will be billed once a month for your EVOO shipments; as a Quarterly Member you will be billed four (4) times per year. However, you may purchase additional EVOO and merchandise at any time through our Online Store when you log on and your Member discount will be applied. 

How will I know when my credit card will be charged?
You will receive an email notification prior to the billing of your EVOO shipment, announcing the EVOO releases and ship or pick-up date.  

What address should I use for shipping?
We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a business address.

How long does my membership last?
Your membership is evergreen, meaning it renews automatically after each shipment. Your membership can be canceled at any time after purchasing two bottles to sign up, and accepting your first three automatic shipments.

Can I have someone else pick up my shipment?
Yes, you may have a friend or family member pick up your EVOO shipment for you. Please be sure to contact us and we will place a special note on your account. 

How do I cancel my membership?
We would hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership please contact us prior to the billing of your next EVOO shipment, by email.
