Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of EVOO that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the original bottle for replacement. We are also unable to accept return of EVOO that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or EVOO that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of product. Once the EVOO is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the EVOO excluding shipping and handling.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Canceling Your Membership
- You may cancel your membership after you have purchased the first shipment to activate your membership and received three (3) automatic EVOO Family Member Shipments
- The EVOO Family Member is a subscription and will continue until you cancel your membership with us.
- Memberships are billed on the first day of the shipment month. Any cancellations must be processed before the first day of the monthe to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are nonrefundable, even if not yet received.

- Once membership is cancelled, shipments and benefits will end.
