What the expert says about our EVOO - Emeran Mayer, MD

We had the privilege and the honor of having Emeran Mayer, MD at our side in sharing with you the immense qualities of our Italian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).

Emeran Mayer is a Distinguished Professor in the Departments of Medicine, Physiology and Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Executive Director of the G. Oppenheimer Center for Neurobiology of Stress and Resilience, and Co-director of the CURE: Digestive Diseases Research Center at UCLA.

Mayer defines our EVOO as a product that meets "the highest criteria to achieve the goal of One Health for the mind and body, for the environment, animal welfare and for the planet."

In his recent article, Mayer underlines that "the high polyphenol content of EVOO makes it a medicine produced by nature and refined by human expertise and traditions."

Mayer is also the author of the successful book "The Mind Gut Connection" where he dedicates an entire chapter describing his experience among our olive trees in Italy. An intriguing and illuminating reading that we highly recommend to those who really want to live a better life.

Remember to use Italian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil every day!
