Ingredients
Spaghetti (250 gr. / 8.81 Ounces)
Parmigiano Reggiano grated (100gr. / 3.52 Ounces)
Black pepper
Le Corti dei Farfensi EVOO
Preparation
Put water in a pot and let the water reach boiling temperature. Once the water is boiling add some salt (but only if you like the pasta a bit salty because the parmigiano is enough to give your pasta the necessary flavor.)
Once pasta is "al dente" (that is, not overcooked) drain the pasta and put the pasta in a big bowl. However, in doing so, keep some of the water you used to cook the pasta and add it to the bowl. At this point add abundant olive oil and mix with the pasta. Once the oil has permeated the pasta you can add the parmigiano. Mix vigorously. You will notice that the parmigiano will create a creamy sauce when mixed with the water and the oil. If you see that the pasta is too watery, remove some of the sauce and add more parmigiano.
Add some grated black pepper, as much as you like, and mix again.
The olive oil, the parmigiano and the pepper will create a perfect mix of flavors in your mouth, something you will never forget!
