3 Organic Large Eggs
400gr (14.10 Ounce) of Organic Unbleached All-purpose Flour
1 count of "Lievito paneangeli" (Italian baking powder)
150gr (5.30 Ounces) of Organic Cane Sugar
150 gr (5.30 Ounces) of Le Corti dei Farfensi EVOO
200gr (7.05 Ounces) of Organic Whole Milk
20grams (0.70 Ounce) of Organic Butter and 20 grams of Organic Unbleached All-purpose Flour to be used to moisturize the baking form
Beat the eggs for approximately 6 minutes with the sugar until the eggs become white. Then add milk and the flour sifted with "lievito paneangeli" baking powder. Subsequently, add the EVOO and mix everything vigorously to combine (this is the moment you can add to the mixture some fruit if you want your Ciambellone to be a bit fruity, or even some chocolate.)
Use the butter and flour to moisturize the baking form. After that, pour the mixture in the baking form and cook it in a preheated oven at 430F for 45 minutes.
